Refund and Return Policy

At MJM Fragrances, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products (perfumes and fragrances), returns are accepted only under the following strict conditions:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

• Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Once the returned product is inspected and confirmed to be in its original sealed condition, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Products that have been opened, used, or with damaged/seal broken packaging cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance.

⚠️ Please note: Fragrances are delicate products, and for hygiene and authenticity reasons, we cannot resell opened or tampered items.
